Dachstein West list pass now covers Krippenstein (Obertraun) - it's about 45 minutes by car. Two cable cars to the top, where there is a very short run and chairlift, and a single 11 Km red run (the longest in Austria) back to the bottom cable car. Or, there is lots of off-piste / freeride, but a guide is recommended. Tip: check the weather first, particularly wind speed, as the lifts close in high winds.

Lift pass bought on-line provides a 5% discount. Lift pass bought from Alps Resorts also gives a 5% discount, but you can't have the discount twice!
